Mobility Passport is a tool created to adopt results of non-formal learning to a recognition process. Second, the Mobility Passport was initiated to pay attention to challenges that many people with fewer opportunities may face by participating in or even applying to mobility programs.

Mobility Passport allows you:
- Unify and systemise all your experience and skills you obtained during various mobility programs
- Create a document that supports your CV and past / present activity involvement
- Provide information to your future employer or to the admission office in any university
- Use it for skills and education plan developments

We see Mobility Passport as non-required, but essential document for a portfolio formation.
Mobility Passport is free to use for everyone.
Open data base of participants is the Mobility Passport registry. It is created to provide mobility programs organisers, universities and employers with the information about mobility programs participants to find people with applicable skills and relevant experience for theirs programs or job positions.

The open data base is also created to widen opportunities of its participants to share their experience and skills in the purpose to confirm their qualification.
Your personal data is used for participants searching and finding function.
Open data base of Mobility Passport indicate the following data:
- Name
- Surname
- Languages you have and a proficiency level
- Your citizenship
- Valid visa you have
- Your Mobility Passport
- Europass CV (optional)

There are following restrictions:
1. All data of your personal documents (such as passports, national ID) will never be indicated in the Mobility Passport version available in the open data base. We do not store any information of your personal document.

2. You may directly save and download your Mobility Passport. It is the only way to have your Mobility Passport with all information (including personal documents data).

3, If you do not publish your Mobility Passport, it will not be shown in the open data base.
If you publish your Mobility Passport, all your personal data (excluding personal documents information) is available for every internet users.

If you only save and download your Mobility Passport, your personal data will be available for those people to whom you send the created document and for administrators of Mobility Passport system. It is developed to have an ability to delete your information if you violate terms and conditions policy.
All personal data the Academic mobility center receives are protected using four-step data defence. We use at least two different servers and two hosting nets to defend all information from any attack. The protection system is checked by high-level professionals of banking protection system.

Anyway, publishing your Mobility Passport in the open data base, you officially agree that your personal data will be available to all internet users.

Yes, it is possible. Creating your Mobility Passport, on the last page you will have options what to do with it. You may check and correct information you indicated, save and download your Mobility Passport or publish it in the open data base.

If you do not push the button "publish", your Mobility Passport will not be published in the open data base.
