One shared infrastructure

From discovery to a verified experience

We are building a digital environment that connects students and universities. Platform capabilities are being introduced in stages.

01 · Discover

Find an opportunity

An exchange semester, summer school, internship or research programme. Discover eligibility criteria, deadlines and documents for each individual intake.

02 · Apply

Apply with one profile

Reuse your core information, prepare the documents for your chosen intake and follow your application through review.

03 · Institutional

Manage mobility

A university workspace for teams, programmes, intakes, quotas, required documents and application review.

For students

Your next academic step

  1. Create your profile

Your name, contact details, university, field and year of study are the starting point.

  2. Explore the requirements

Review the dates and documents for the specific intake, as well as the programme description.

  3. Submit an application

Students apply directly. Home university involvement depends on the intake rules.

  4. Keep your record

After completion and verification, your experience becomes a Mobility Passport record.

For universities

A digital home for your mobility team

01

Join the platform

A representative selects their university and provides contact details. Publishing requires university verification and an agreement with the platform.

02

Build your team

Administrators manage settings and invite colleagues. Moderators work with mobility programmes within their assigned permissions.

03

Publish programmes and intakes

A programme describes the overall opportunity. Each intake has its own dates, capacity, application rules and documents.

Part of the platform

Your Mobility Passport

A personal student space for profile information and verified participation records, keeping your educational experience in one place.

  • Universities cannot view a student’s personal passport
  • Records are confirmed after completed participation is verified
  • Linking with Studmart requires consent and allows read-only access to verified records. These remain under the Mobility Platform’s control

Participation explained

A few useful details

Can I apply if my home university has not joined?

You can apply independently when the intake rules allow it. Your home university does not have to be connected in every case. Nomination or approval is required only when specified by the intake.

Does a platform agreement replace a university partnership agreement?

No. The platform agreement governs use of the digital environment. An agreement between universities is a separate basis for mobility where required.

Is the platform fully available?

The platform is in development. Registration, workspaces, programmes and application workflows are being introduced step by step. Registering does not guarantee an available intake or admission.
